The Red Ribbon Office, with an area of approximately 350 square meters, is located in Tehran. The main goal of the project was to design a flexible, dynamic, and functional workspace with an emphasis on interaction. The design follows the ABW (Activity Based Working) model, which offers employees a choice among diverse work environments.
In this approach, the office includes a variety of spaces such as shared and team work areas, small and large meeting rooms, quiet zones for concentration, brainstorming areas, as well as spaces for conversation, relaxation, and even group games. This allows employees to select the most suitable setting depending on the nature of their tasks.
The highlight of the design is the presence of a red ribbon that weaves through diverse spatial sequences, guiding visitors and transforming the inner journey of the project into a unique experience.
Lighting was designed to enhance the quality and identity of the space. For workstations, suspended curve linear lights with square and rectangular forms were used to provide proper illumination while creating visual order and rhythm. For general lighting, Mana Mini, Ringo, Silva, and Unique downlights were applied, layering the light to create a balanced and pleasant brightness across different zones. This lighting strategy not only meets functional needs but also reinforces a sense of dynamism, flexibility, and comfort in the space.
