Paya wealth management project is a renovation of an office building from the 70s located on Vezara Street. The architect of the project has used the original Building Structure without any changes. Except concrete Structure and the restoration of its surfaces, most of the renovation changes are in white, and what was and is inside and outside can be traced. In the lighting of this project, pendant linear lights manufactured by NEXO company, in addition to completing the linear geometry of the ceilings, provide general light for the space. Architect magazine announced White Renovation as a candidate for the Architect Award in number 136 of 2022, and this is the second year in a row that NEXO is the supplier of luminaires for the buildings that have first place in the Architect’s Award.
