The Piroozan Villa project was designed with a minimalist approach, emphasizing harmony between architecture, lighting quality, and the visual experience of its occupants. In this project, the lighting system not only meets the functional requirements of the spaces but also serves as an integral part of the interior architecture, highlighting architectural lines, proportions, materials, and details.
Given the simplicity of the forms, the use of seamless surfaces, and light-colored materials throughout the interior, the lighting system was carefully designed to provide functional illumination while acting as an architectural element that emphasizes the lines, proportions, and details of the space.

Bedroom Lighting
In the villa’s bedroom, Lenza magnetic luminaires featuring Dark Light technology were used. By reducing direct light from the source reaching the eyes, this solution provides comfortable illumination without glare while maintaining the required quality and uniformity of light.
The lighting system was selected to suit the character of the bedroom and its need for a calm and relaxing environment, playing an important role in enhancing the overall visual comfort of the space.
Living Area Lighting
In the living area, the MultiTrack system was equipped with Unique and Lenza magnetic luminaires. The flexibility of this system allows for precise luminaire positioning and the creation of various lighting scenarios to accommodate different needs and uses of the space.
The combination of controlled general lighting and accent lighting highlights decorative elements and architectural details while maintaining the minimalist approach of the interior design. It also contributes to creating greater depth and visual dynamism within the living area.
Bathroom Lighting
In the bathroom, a combination of CornerLine luminaires and Trimo downlights was used. In addition to providing uniform and functional illumination, this combination creates multiple layers of light, enhancing the visual quality of the space while complementing the villa’s minimalist architectural language.
Pool Lighting
Considering the environmental conditions and high humidity levels in the pool area, luminaires suitable for wet environments were selected. Linear luminaires with an appropriate ingress protection rating and Flex Tube luminaires with an IP67 rating form the main lighting solutions for this space.
The pool lighting was designed to emphasize the architectural form, create attractive reflections on the water surface, and create a calm and relaxing atmosphere during nighttime hours.
